Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: Custom-made or personalized products. Items marked “Final Sale” or discounted without return options. Products damaged due to misuse or improper assembly.
Return Shipping Costs Customer-Paid Shipping: If the customer originally paid for shipping, they are responsible for return shipping costs. Free Shipping Items: If the order qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost paid by us will be deducted from your refund.
